1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Font'n.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. User Accounts

• To access most features, you must register an account via Firebase authentication.
• You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Services and Bookings

Font'n allows users to discover, book, and manage services offered by verified service providers.

• Customers may browse, select, and book services.
• Service providers must complete KYC verification before offering services.
• Bookings may include time, location, custom descriptions, and VAT-inclusive pricing.
• The platform supports booking status updates, real-time notifications, and messaging between parties.

5. Payments

• Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
• Customers are charged the displayed price (inclusive of VAT) when confirming a booking.
• Providers receive payouts minus applicable commission fees.
• All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.

6. Content and Conduct

• Users may upload limited content such as profile pictures and booking notes.
• You agree not to upload or share any content that is illegal, offensive, irrelevant, or unrelated to the services on Font'n.
• We reserve the right to review and moderate content for compliance with our standards.
• Any misuse of the platform, including reverse engineering, scraping, or repurposing content, is strictly prohibited.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

• We collect only necessary personal data (e.g., name, contact info, location) to operate the App.
• We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
• Data is shared with trusted third parties (e.g., Firebase and Stripe) solely to support the platform's functionality.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
• Users may delete their account at any time via the App. Upon deletion:
• Personal data is anonymized or deleted from our systems.
• Accounts are deleted from Firebase.
• Stripe data is anonymized in accordance with GDPR.

9. Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its content, features, and functionality, are owned by Font'n.
• You may not use our branding, design, or source code without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• Font'n shall not be liable for:
• Any interruptions or errors in the App;
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Any issues between service providers and customers (including cancellations or disputes).
• While we strive to ensure reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
